Hello to all.....

              We have returned from the difficult task of going to Florida, in the middle of winter, to set the wedding plans and have a little fun. (On a side note, its funny how you complain about 50 degree temps down there, but love them when you return home)  We have a lot of information to get out to you over the next few Weeks and Months.  The Following is some brief information we have, as well as some information we need from all of you:

HOTEL INFORMATION

• Deposits for the Hotel Rooms require One Nights Rate + Tax, and are refundable 100% up to 5 Days before Check in.

• We suggest that you make your Room and/or Package Reservation ASAP.  You can do that through the website or telephone number that was provided in the Save the Date Package that you received.  After booking, please email us your Reservation Conformation Numbers, as well as you arrival and departure dates, so we can keep it in our files.

• While we have reserved and set aside rooms at the 3 Resorts Listed in the Save the Dates, You may choose to stay at any resort on the property.  The Boardwalk Resort and The Yacht and Beach Club Resorts are all within a 5 Minute Walk of the Ceremony Site.  Transportation will be provided Via Air Conditioned Charter Busses at All Star Movies Resort, The Port Orleans French Quarter Resort, and the Contemporary Resort.(Boats go from the Contemporary and Fort Wilderness Resorts)  If you have any questions call or email us.

• The Disney's Magical Express Service is a Great Value.  It really only adds about 15-20 Minutes Extra on your transfer time, but it will save you group around $100 Round Trip.

• If you choose to stay Off Disney Property, Let us know where you are staying and what dates you will be there.  This way we can get you the best information in regards to transportation to the ceremony and reception sites.

FLIGHT INFORMATION

•  We have found really good deals through Southwest Airlines and Delta Airlines in the Past around this time of year.

• It is Less Expensive to Fly in/out Monday- Thursday vs. the Weekend

• Depending on your location, it may be less expensive to fly from Baltimore-Washington International (BWI), rather that Philadelphia International.

• Orlando International Airport Code is (MCO)

THEME PARK TICKETS

• The Best Deals are through the information everyone received in the Save the Date Package.  We will keep an eye on the website for any other deals that may pop up.  We will pass on any information we find.

DINNING AND RECREATION

• Dinners have been arranged for Friday Night(Welcome Dinner) and Saturday Night(Wedding Reception)

• If you are coming other days or nights and want to eat at a specific Table Service Restaurant call 1-407-WDW-DINE; ASAP

• We are Planning a round of Golf, Saturday Morning 8/9/08.  Let Justin Know if you want to join them.

We will have an itinerary of what our plans are for the Trip in the Next week or so.  We are arriving in Florida on August 1st and will be leaving August 12th.  Keep an eye on website for information.
